Others think they should leave schoolas soon as possible to develop their career through work experience. Discuss bothviews and give your own opinion.(2013/03/09)范文：As a vital choice in people’s whole life , the topic of how to achieve careersuccess is of great concern for many people.Some people argue that acquiringknowledge is the most feasible means to make the preparation for the further careerwhereas others contend that working experience is more crucial. Personally, Iprefer the former.

　　First of all, universities are the temple of learning,whose sole objective is toprovide the depth knowledge,especially for those who are preoccupied withscientific researches and technique innovation.In other words,students can accessthe library and latest journalists, be tutored directly by the professionals whoare specialized in the relative fields, and facilitated by the advanced equipmentsponsored by the government.

　　Besides, the academic qualifications of renownedschools and universities can be regarded as a prerequisite of obtaining jobs offortune five hundred enterprises, and help students establish essential network ofreferences to adapt to the new career life.Besides, even for those who choose to study in vocational colleges, study shouldbe regarded as the priority . A user can make best use of a machine or device ifhe knows detailed capabilities. Therefore,it is essential to learn theory beforejumping into practicals. For example, it is admittedly that it is not hard tobecome a cook,but if one wants to become an exceptional chief, he has to acquainthimself with the knowledge related to chemistry,nutrition and even designing inorder to create his own specialist. Otherwise he can only be a general cook andsuffer from the backbreaking tasks repetitively with low pay.

However,facing the soaring population and fierce competition,without a college degree mostof the people cannot be recruited as a salesman,not to mention the further careerdevelopment.

　　In conclusion,it seems to me that although some occupations require workingexperience,I still firmly convinced of that studying first is the best way to makepreparation for the further career as universities both as well as college canprovide the latest knowledge and skills for students to cope with the subsequentchallenges.
