　　7. In my opinion, focusing on sports facilities is too narrow an approach and would not

　　have the desire results. People should be encouraged not only to be more physically

　　active but to adopt a healthier lifestyle in general.

　　8. In conclusion, I agree that any child can be taught particular skills, but to be really

　　good in areas such as music, art or sport, then some natural talent is required.
