    　雅思口语话题：最无聊的一天究竟能有多无聊？1-4月的口语题库中有这么一道题：Describe a time you spent time with someone and felt bored. 描述一个与某人在一起很无聊的经历。

　　好多同学看到之后直呼：这个事儿，没有啊！手机不好玩儿么？电视剧不好看么？火锅不好吃么？外面的世界不精彩么？无聊? 怎么可能呢？

　　结果没想到，最近突然爆发的新型冠状病毒传染病让大家无法外出，火锅店不能去，外面的世界再精彩也看不到，手机和电视虽好玩，也经不住一天又一天地这么玩这么看。于是，这道题终于有话可说了。

　　既懒又宅的我既没有数瓜子儿、数地板、数大米，也没有在家舞狮子，扮蛆擦地，鱼缸钓鱼。基本上除了吃就是睡。睡完吃，吃完睡，睡醒再吃，吃完又睡，一睡到底，睡到昏天暗地、不分昼夜、地老天荒、海枯石烂……

　　This topic just reminded me of my experience during the Spring Festival. It was definitely the most unexpected Spring Festival I have ever celebrated. A very serious infectious disease broke out and many people got infected. What’s worse, some even died. In order not for more people to be infected, our government strongly suggested us to stay indoors. I didn’t go out for many days. In the beginning, it was all right. I simply stayed in and watched movies. However, on the 7th day, I was bored to death. There was only my mother and I at home that day. We started to watch TV from morning after we finished breakfast. Somehow, there was not a single program that was interesting. I fell asleep after watching for half an hour. By the time I woke up, it was about lunch time. After lunch, I felt sleepy again. It is my habit to take a nap every day. Plus, the weather was very nice, the room was warm with abundant sunlight. I fell asleep in two minutes. I had a super long nap that lasted for three hours. Can you believe it? I was so speechless when I got up, especially when I saw my mum cooking dinner in the kitchen. I told myself that I must do something meaningful in the evening, so I opened a book and started to read from 8. To my surprise, I fell asleep again without knowing it. I woke up and went to the living room. There, I saw my mum sleeping on the couch with the TV on. Honestly, I was never so bored in my life. Being not able to go out was really torturing. However, it was still better than risking my life by going somewhere and got the disease from a total stranger since I saw a piece of news that a person was infected only by standing close to a man who didn’t wear a mask for 15 seconds. After reading this news, I didn’t feel bored any more. Sleeping seemed to be really fantastic.

　　今年春节是我们有史以来过得最宅的一个春节。传染性新型冠状病毒来势汹汹，为了响应国家的号召，更为了自己和他人的健康，“宅”便是最好的选择。在这里我呼吁各位，暂时忍住想要外出撸串儿、美甲、跳广场舞、打太极拳、打麻将、串门儿唠嗑的冲动，安安心心呆在家，看看书、学学英语。没准儿疫情过后，你参加的第一场雅思考试就过了呢？这么想，是不是开心多了？
