Describe a crowded place you have been to.

  You should say:

  Where it is

  When you went there

  Who you went there with

  Why you went there

And explain how you felt about it

  2. 题目分解:第一题“where it is”,即“地点位置”。

  3. 第二题, 第三题和第四题是“when you went there”,“who you went there with”, “why you went there”, 即地点建筑类话题的“背景信息”。

  5. 第五题“how you felt about it”。

When it comes to a crowded place I’ve been to, well, the first place that jumps into my mind is TQ street, one of well-known commercial streets in the city I live in.

Actually, I often go there with some of my friends at weekends, as a fashion insider, I really can’t resist the temptation of those eye-dazzling products on the street.

As a tourist attraction in my city, the TQ street has captivated countless visitors for decades, especially at weekends and on public holidays. I still remember how crowded the street was when I went there for shopping for the first time. The moment I stepped into the street, I was astonished. Everyone was squashed together like sardines on the street, you know, a lot of people just stood, with their shoulders against shoulders and backs against backs. Additionally, there was a long line of people waiting outside different shops, and the square on the street had been already jam-packed with people enjoying music performances and magic shows, so the journey from the East gate to the Westgate was quite challenging. I mean, I could hardly move around. So yeah, basically there were people everywhere, I had to be very careful so that I would not put my foot on the limbs of somebody else. Oh, what’s worse was that I even had to join a long queue for the toilet, which was really terrible!

As for how I felt about it, well, I was super excited as I could basically find everything I need on the street. But at the same time, I was like, a bit worried, about my personal stuff, like my cellphone and wallet, being stolen, coz it was really congested.
