　　雅思口语话题素材分享：和家人的休闲活动（升级版） 今年3月的时候，我和家人宅在家，每天做平板支撑打发时间。时光飞逝，5月了，平板支撑还在继续，打发时间的项目也多了起来。国内疫情缓和，大家都开始外出活动。

　　“五一”假期期间，阳光明媚，春风宜人，山上的野菜钻了出来，远远望去，一大片一大片绿油油的嫩芽在向我招手。于是，我也没客气，从兜里掏出提前准备好的袋子，徒手挖了起来……

　　从没想过我会去挖野菜，这项活动似乎是中年妈妈们的专属，一边挖一边摆姿势拍照。有一个微博视频博主还专门自导自演过一期大妈挖野菜的视频，剧情相当真实搞笑。

　　这项对我而言全新的活动，带上爸妈，就变成了有趣的家庭活动。从挖到摘到洗到焯，最后下锅做熟，装盘上桌。整个过程可以说是相当完整又有成就感的一件事了。

　　Recently, I have developed a new hobby, which is to dig wild herbs with my family. Ihad never done this before since it seemed to be middle-aged ladies’ exclusive activity. However, I have been bored for quite a long time and it doesn’t hurt to try something new, does it?

　　I do this activityin the morning most of the time. I am most energetic in the morning and I feel the desire to dig the lovely herbs from dirt in the wild nature. When my parents are free, they would join me. We would driveto the nearest spot where herbs are most fresh. Usually we would prepare a few plastic bags in advance and some tools. Actually, when we start to dig, the tools are useless. I don’t wear gloves either.I want to touch the plants with my bare hands and to feel the weight and texture. I feel close to nature this way.

　　I enjoy the activity for several reasons. Firstly, it’s something I never thought I would do in the past. It’s a totally new thing for me and I’m inquisitive about how it’s done. After I tried it for the first time, I have totally fell in love with this special activity.Secondly, it’s a good time for me to enjoy nature. I am not anout door person. To hike in the forest or to fish near a lake is never my thing. Privately, I think it’s not right and I have always wanted to do something to get me out of my room. Well, I found it! Todig wild herbs! That’s really fantastic. It’s so simple and magical. There are so many different types of plants in the field.Some of them are eatable, some are not. Ancient people helped us to differentiate these plants by trying all of them. That’s something great they did in the past. Now, we simply enjoy the wisdom of their yearly hard work. I totally respect that. Lastly, this little exciting activity is a good chance for me and my parents to communicate and also a good chance for them to give me some knowledge about the amazing nature. I totally enjoy it. Lastly. By cooking andeating the herbs that I dig by myself brings me great satisfaction.The first taste of the herbs is just fantastic that I can’t find the right word to describe how I really feel about it.

　　Basically, these arethe reasons why I enjoy this leisure activity with my family by digging herbs in the wild.
