  What it is like

  Example one:

  Cosmetics company=Size(Past-now)+Employee (age)

The company used to be very small with only 10 founding members, but nowadays the company has expanded and they have over 100 staff members based in Hangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou. The company is made up of university graduates. Even though they are young, they are energetic and creative. They come up with lots of crazy ideas to promote the company and attract young people.

  Example two:

  Food processing company=Size+Management

The company is not that big with around 100 staff members. They focus on marketing, product development and product design. The company has a very well-run management team which have strict rules and regulations.

They take health and safety very seriously and all employees working in the factory have to wear masks and protective clothes. Everybody has to sign in and take responsibility for their role. If there are any problems, it is easy to identify who worked in the area. I think this is the secret to its success

  Example three:

  High-tech company=Size+Employee(Education background)+Benefits

Even though it is very successful, it is still a small company with only 50 people. Most of them focus on technical research and development. The company is interesting, as 90% of the staff graduated from top notch universities 一流大学, like Peking university, Tsinghua university and Harvard university.

All of their employees are experienced, knowledgeable and are the best in their field. As the workload is stressful, the company decided to bring in some cats and dogs toalleviate 减轻 the stress. The company called them “the company cheerleaders 鼓励师”. Everybody appreciates the furry friends
