　　雅思口语part1话题：《被污染的地方》第一问解析！Where it is

　　在回答这个小问题的时候，我们需要来确定具体的污染点。我并不是很建议去讲某一个知名城市，比如：北京、印度首都等，因为被讲烂了，没有新意;我也不建议你们去聊一些特别奇特的地点，因为不好拓展。

　　如果你想不好地点的话，我们就从污染来反推。如果你要讲水污染，这个地方就可以是某个水域，比如：我们城市的某个湖，我家后院的一条河或者我们学校的池塘等;

　　如果你要讲土地或大气污染，这个地方就可以是你曾经去过的某一个小城市(选择小城市会比大城市来的有意思)或者你们城市的某个区域。

　　确定好地点以后，我们就可以进入到内容的拓展部分。首先，它既然问到了“where it is”，我们需要先给出“Location”相关的信息，包括：

　　· 绝对位置：具体位于某个方位

　　· 相对位置：相对于某个地方而言的远近(比如：你家/市中心等)

　　· 怎么过去：交通工具以及花费的时间有多长

　　除了“Location”的信息外，你还可以额外拓展一些和该地方相关的角度，比如：Popularity/ Size等。

　　Example one: A small village

　　A place that comes to mind is a small village on the outskirts 郊区 of my city. It is a bit far from my house and takes about an hour and a half to get there by car. The village used to be famous for its picturesque 如画的 scenery and people liked to go there on holiday.

　　Example two: An island

　　A place that comes to mind is Palawan, an island in the west of the Philippines. It is not as popular as other islands, like Bohol Island, but I used to go there all the time with my family in the summer holidays.

　　Example three: A small lake

　　A place that comes to mind is a small lake in my grandparents’ community. It is not very far from their house and within easy walking distance. The lake isn’t very big and it only takes 2 mins to walk around it. It used to be one of the most popular places for people to go and relax after dinner.
