　　Describe a time you saw a child behave badly in public

　　When and where it was

　　It took place a month ago. It was a sunny Sunday afternoon. When i had finished my last class in a language center, i took the metro home. As it was rush hour, it was packed out. An old man and his grandson got on at the same time as me.

　　The boy was approximately 6 years old and he was wearing big named brands. He was really cute. He had big blue sparkling eyes and big dimples. He had the sweetest giggle.

　　What the child did

　　At first, he was really good and sat quietly. Then out of a sudden, he just started yelling and screaming and singing some nursery rhymes. It seemed like he had just learnt the song, as he couldn't remember the lyrics clearly and he didn't sing in tune. that didn't seem to bother him as he continued to sing loudly and didn't care about others around him.

　　How the others responded

　　Everybody looked at him but didn't quite know what to do. They just put their head down and carried on playing with their phones. The grandfather didn't say a word and actually encouraged him by clapping and cheering him on.

　　How you felt about it

　　I was annoyed and quite shocked as I didn't think it was appropriate behavior for a public place. To be fair though it wasn't the child's fault. The grandfather didn't seem to think there was an issue with it and even encouraged him to continue.

　　Children will do whatever they can get away with so that is why it is important to instill good behavior from a young age.
