　　01. How important are parks to people in your mind?

　　In modern society, the density of population in urban areas is always incredibly hig h, which means city dwellers are living in a crowded environment. Thus, doing something like taking a walk in a park near heir homes is really important To some extent, for people a park becomes one of a few places where they can see many trees, do outdoor exercise and relieve pressure. Thats why sometimes the housing prices of communities near a park will be noticeably higher than those far away from parks. People especially those who are living in urban areas need to walk out of their homes and their first destination might be a park.

　　02. Besides parks, what kinds of public places do people need most in cities?

　　From my point of view, there are at least four kinds of public places that people usually pay attention to. They are hospitals, schools, trafic acilities and certainly parks. These public places are often regarded as basic infrastructure for residents. Without those facilities, people's living standard will be lowered obviously. For instance, in my country, people like to move into big cities simply due to the relatively abundant public acilities. The facilities cannot only meet local residents basic needs, but also greatly facilitate their lives and to a great extent they can reflect how ast a city develops.

　　03. If governments only have a limited budget for public facilities, what can they do to decide which facility they should invest in?

　　Frankly speaking, my opinion about this question might be a little bit extreme andradical. In my opinion, no matter what qovernments invest in，they can't satisfy everyone. However, there are some methods that they can try to make their people stop complaining what governments build isn't what they need. For example, governments should conduct a poll about what kinds of public facilities people need badly. Then according to the result, governments decide what to build at first On top of that, governments should also announce a plan for building other facilities that won many votes. That could be what they should do.

　　04. Why are there many public facilities in cities but not in rural areas?

　　Generally speaking, there are two main reasons To beain with, the density of population in cities is much higher than that of rural areas. This implies that with the same investment in public facilities, a larger population can be involved. For instance, by building a hospital in the city centre, the local government provides more people with good healthcare facilities. Besides, the trend of urbanisation is unstoppable and unchangeable in most countries all over the world. That is to say more and more people will move to cities and public facilities in rura areas may beabandoned one day. Therefore, public facilities in cities are more than those in rural areas.
