　　I’m a little bit crazy about bodybuilding and of course weight training in fitness clubs is what I need to do 5 or 6 times a week. A sport like this i xpensive but luckily it's affordable for me. I don't mean Im rich but what I mean is that it's worth my money and time.

　　To begin with, I need to pay for the membership card which costs m like 2, 000 or 3, 000 RMB a year. Besides, some professional sports gea is what I should buy to protect my body while working out. Protective body gears are usually expensive but extremely necessary. For instance I used to pay 200 yuan for a pair of wrist braces in order to reduce the pain in my wrists while lifting weights. For newbiebodybuilders, a private trainer is imperative and I mean the trainer who can offer useful suggestion and make a reasonable workout plan.

　　Without a professional trainer, beginners always get hurt easily or do some useless training due to their unreasonable training plan or wrong ways of using equipments. An experienced trainer often needs to be paid 300 to 500 yuan per hour, which is costly. After working out for a year, people always discover that the progress they make is less and less and most of them can't gain as many muscles as they expected.

　　Then, sport supplements will be what they are going to use. I need to pay 300 yuan for protein powder and 100 wuan for creatine per month and both of them are rather essential for building my muscles. I roughly calculated how much money I spent on this sport last year and the answer shocked me a lot. I paid for at least 10, 000 yuan last year for this. It's expensive but I shall never give it up.
