　　China, in my view, is the country with a variety of traditions. In recent years, although some western customs are spreading into China, original traditions of China are not ignored by both elder and younge generations. What I’d like to talk about is an interesting tradition which has been formed over thousands of years ago. This tradition, in fact includes two parts.

　　One of the two parts is that every Spring Festival, the first day of Chinese New Year, younger generations give older generations New Year’s greetings and correspondingly, older people give the young lucky money. Therefore, young children are always running to their grandparents home to say 'Happy New Year and thus a big red envelope full of cash is their 'trophies’.

　　Almost every tradition develops and evolves In the era of the mobile hone, the essence of this tradition is still the same. On the Spring Festival, young children in another city usually call their grandparents and other relatives to say Happy New Year'. Then mostly their lucky money will be sent by Wechat or Alipay. Generally speaking, it's the tradition that I like most in my culture although I'm already too oldto be given lucky money now.
