　　思路：

　　这一个p2&p3的主题是有领导才能的人，Part3是要考生根据这个主题和考官展开讨论。考生必须要：

　　能够抓住主题的一些key points（也就是你的一些主要观点）, 在回答很多题目中都会重复用到这些key points，尽管表达不同。

　　展开讨论时，表达要充满逻辑，让人觉得你是get到了问题的点，并且陈述有道理。

　　Key points:

　　这个主题就是要和你讨论什么样的人是个good leader。一般这些人具备以下qualities：

　　Great communication skills 沟通能力强

　　Take initiative to help solve problems 主动解决问题

　　Take the lead to help the team to achieve its goal 带领团队达到目标

　　Can make decision efficiently and effectively 可以有效的做决定

　　Have courage有勇气

　　Gain respects from the team 受人尊敬
