雅思口语Part 3 话题分析：在跨国公司工作的好处

　　雅思口语Part 3 ：在跨国公司工作的好处，对于多数同学而言，跨国公司是一个比较陌生的概念，所以说想要针对这个话题给出内容，难度是相对比较大的，所以所为了更好的应对考场上所有的突发状况，提前准备就成为一件非常重要的事情。

　　现在我们就一起来聊一聊“跨国公司 Multinational Corporation”。

　　和多数同学一样，我并不是非常了解跨国公司。为了能最终完成问题，拿到问题后我首先先对跨国公司本身进行了一波拆分。虽然是跨国公司，它也只是一种公司形态而已，它的角度拆分和“company”完全一致，它包括：

　　Location/ popularity/ scale/ customer & client/ employee/ culture/ business/ founder/ investor/ regulations/ success/ prospect/ benefits/ departments/ appearance/ revenue/ history/ management etc.

　　有了以上的这些角度，我们便可以逐一比对，从而找到跨国公司具有优势的部分。

　　• Employee 员工

　　You get the chance to work in a diverse environment with colleagues from all around the world.

　　跨国公司的员工组成更为多元化。不同于本土公司，它的员工可能来自世界各地。也正是如此，它可以让你有机会接触不同文化，结交不同的朋友。

　　• Location 地点

　　One of the biggest perks or advantages is that you have many opportunities for international travel.

　　跨国公司会在世界各地建立自己的根据地，就像阿里巴巴，它的分公司遍布全世界。也正是如此，你也会有机会去到不同的地方工作。

　　• Revenues 营收

　　Salaries are probably more attractive when you work for a multinational company as their revenues are much higher.

　　跨国公司本身就有着强大的营收，它开出的工资也会比其他公司来的丰厚一些。

　　• Business 业务

　　Multinational corporations are often responsible for today’s best practices. There are far more opportunities for growth and development which in turn will increase the chances of getting a promotion.

　　跨国公司本身业务模型比较成熟，对于多数人而言，尤其是初入社会的大学生而言，跨国公司会是很好的跳板。获取经验的同时，也可以有更多的机会获得晋升。

　　以上4点是我从“公司”层面着手找到的优势，当然它的优势还有很多，但对于雅思考生而言，这4个是不错的选择，因为简单。
