　　雅思口语Part2话题【忘记的重要事情】高分答案分享!

　　There was once I forgot to bring my brother’s passport with me when we were about to travel abroad. The story started from I planned to travel to Japan with my brother during summer vacation. After we received the visa and booked our tickets, we started to pack the luggage. I made a check list to make sure both of us did not forget to bring anything we needed. I even put block capital word “PASSPORT” on top of the list as that is essentially the only thing we must not forget. On the day we set off, when I was ticking off that column, I put my passport back into my backpack and my brother’s passport back on his desk. I thought he must saw me doing so or he would at least take one glance at the table, but unfortunately, he didn’t. Mom drove us to the airport without noticing any problem.

　　As we were queuing for check in at the counter, my brother reached his hand into the front pocket of his backpack and found nothing. He stared at me, frozen, and I could tell from his facial expression that something was wrong. In about two seconds, I suddenly realise the situation and thought “No way he did not see the passport on his table. But it was my fault. I should have returned the passport to his hand.” I was so regret and thought I had ruined the whole trip. But luckily, we arrived early enough so mom could fetch us the passport. Finally, we rushed through the customs and security check and caught the flight at the very last minute.

　　Afterwards, I felt terribly sorry to my brother and learnt to be more careful.
