　　Why do some people enjoy extreme sports?

　　Practicing extreme sports will make people feel full of energy, powerful and almost invincible. They'll help people push their limits, get rid of fear, improve themselves and reach new goals. Extrema sports are, without a doubt, a different way to get to know oneself better and to find deep well-being.

　　Are action films popular in your country?

　　Most of the young Chinese generation who are the 80s and 90s love action movies, especially American movies. Compared to Chinese action movies, American action films have better quality, specialized in special effects. It's fantastic in the IMAX cinema.

　　Do you think it is a good thing that a leader likes taking risks?

　　I believe so. Risk-taking is an increasingly critical element of leadership and essential for a leader's effectiveness. Taking a risk means confronting the fears and challenges and having the courage to move forward. I think risks are all about encouraging your development into the best person and professional you can be. If I work with a leader who likes taking risks, I would learn more than I am supposed to.

　　Do you think men and women would make a different choice about risk-taking? What about the young and the old?

　　Many researchers agree that women are more risk-averse than men. From the character traits perspective, men are more competitive. optimistic, adventurous and overconfident than women. Those typical character traits that men have would inspirit them to take more risks. As for young and old, I believe young adults were more riskseeking compared to the older ones. The older have more experience and would have their expectation of what will happen. Therefore, they will think twice before they take risks.
