　　I would like to talk about Walmart, which is not only one big company that I admire, but also one classicalexample used by my professor during classes.

　　Walmart is one of the biggest retailers in the world, owning chain stores all over the world, and one of them was near our old house, and I went to that supermarket a lot when I was a kid. At Walmart, consumers can experience "one-stop shopping". They sell various items, including food, toys, clothing, cosmetics, household appliances, daily necessities, etc. In addition, Walmart has set up a number of special service types for the convenience of customers, like free parking, pastry, and consultation for electronic products like computers, cameras, VCR and related products. What’s more, Walmart is famous for its low price, trying their best to save money from purchasing channels, distribution methods, marketing expenses, administrative expenses and other aspects, and by doing so, their price is always cheaper than other businesses, and this attracts a lot of consumers as well.

　　What impresses me most is that Walmart regards superior service as its duty. In many Walmart stores, according to my teacher, there are rules like this: Rule number 1, Customers are always right. And 2, If the customer has any mistake, please refer to rule number one. I believe the secret of Walmart's operation lies in its deep understanding of the needs of customers, putting themselves in the interests of customers and providing convenience to customers to the greatest extent.
