　　What are the differences between a big company and a small company?

　　Academically speaking, they are different in terms of staff members, although I do not remember the exact number. But generally, there are more differences, for instance, most big companies, especially those successful ones, have complete management systems and better-organized staff, who have their own duties and responsibilities. But small companies might not have these characteristics.

　　Sure, and they are of various industries. Many of them are technology-extensive since Shanghai is the economic centre of our country and it is so attractive to those foreign investors. Besides, the policies are also positive and suitable for businesses. So I believe there might even be more in the future.
