　　What makes comedy special

　　With the popularization of stand-up comedy, there are increasing number of small theatres establishing in China. The traditional Chinese comedy called “cross talk” is also being widely accepted by younger generation because its fusion with TV shows. In fact, comedy have a fairly low requirement for place as long as it holds enough audiences.

　　Why do people of all ages like cartoon?

　　I cannot fully agree with the statement because a lot of people at my age group does not like cartoon. But I understand where this statement come from. I suppose a wide rage of people enjoy cartoon because it reminds them of their happy childhood. Also, the characters in cartoons tend to be adorable and the plots usually have a happy ending.

　　Why do some people like to make others laugh?

　　Humor is a precious quality. Making other laugh can draw the distance between two people closer. Also, laughter is contagious. When someone make others laugh, he would feel the happiness as well.

　　Do teacher in school teach student in a humorous way?

　　Well, it depends on the teacher’s characteristic. Elder teachers tend to teach in a more serious way while younger teachers prefer to joke around in order to attract students’ attention.

　　Do people in China love watching comedy?

　　I would say yes. China has a long history in comedy performing including the most famous from of “Short Sketch” and “Cross Talk”. Both forms of comedy will be performed on the Spring Festival Gala every single year. The Spring Festival Gala is similar to Super Bowl in the US in terms of popularity, which means almost everyone in the country would watch it.

　　Does everyone enjoy watching comedy?

　　I believe most people enjoy watching comedy because no on would resist happiness. However, people may appreciate different forms of comedy and have divergence when commenting them.
