　　Which phone app is the most popular in your country?

　　I think WeChat must be the one. In China, almost everyone who uses smartphone uses WeChat, it’s a social app which allows you to send messages and videos to others, and also share your feelings and photos with your friends. Actually, I do not like using it since it has a lot of drawbacks compared to other social apps, but everyone else is using it so I have to use it in order to contact others.

　　Do you think parents should limit the time that their children spend on the phone?

　　Of course they do, especially when it comes to those kids in kindergarten and primary school, since the screen does great harm to their eyes and may even cause nearsightedness. Plus young children tend to have weak self-control and time concept so they possibly spend more time on electronic devices than our imagination.

　　Do you think people depend on phone apps too much?

　　Sometimes I do. Although smartphones do great help to improve our living standard and offer convenience as well as efficiency, sometimes people are emphasizing too much importance on them. For instance, some people would rather spend time chatting online with strangers than discussing their life with their families and friends, that’s kind of ridiculous, I think.

　　Do you think some apps will help people to study?

　　Yes, actually there is a variety of them, and they aim at different aspects and skills. For instance, there are apps that help to memorize vocabulary, apps that teach people how to design posters and advertisements, and also apps that provide the platform for kids to learn English online. And I also want to mention one special kind of app which helps you to focus on what you are doing by locking your phone according to your setting, it’s quite interesting and efficient.
