　　1) Is it difficult for you to stay focused on something?

　　1) Well, it depends on what I am doing. I can easily concentrate when I am driving or doing sports, but it is difficult for me to focus on books and articles for a long period of time.

　　2) According to my experience, meditation really helps but it is not feasible if I’m outside my home. As for substitute, drinking coffee is a slightly less effective but more applicable method.

　　3) A lot of things can be disruptive such as phone apps or the noise around me. With the development of mobile technology, people are becoming more reachable but at the price of being harder to stay focused.

　　4) I need to be hundred percent focused when I’m driving because it relates to not only my safety but also other drivers, passengers and pedestrians.
