　　雅思口语part2《礼貌的人》第四问Why the person is polite 这道题询问的是“他会如此礼貌的原因”是什么。我们把问题放大一点，这就相当于问你“一个人性格特征形成的原因”是什么。对于这类问题，我们大致可以分为“nature+nurture”(天生+后天)，但在这道题里似乎“后天”的培养更为合理。

　　为此，一个人的礼貌主要是“教育”所致，这主要包括了“学校教育”和“父母教育”。只要校规严格、家风严厉，那么孩子就很有可能成为一个礼貌的人。

　　Example ：

　　I think the reason why he is a polite person is because he was raised by his Grandma Wu. She is a very traditional woman who believes in old school values. When he was growing up, she was always teaching him the importance of good manners and would always tell him off if he was rude in any way.

　　He really looked up to his Grandma and wanted to make her proud. I think she did a great job bringing him up as he is one of the most gentle people I know.

　　除此之外，一个人的礼貌也可以是“影响”所致，这主要就是一种耳濡目染的过程，比如：长时间和一个有礼貌的人呆在一起，以及长时间的阅读或者观看一些礼貌类的书籍，或者长时间呆在某一个礼仪盛行的地方。

　　Example ：

　　The reason why he is a polite person is mainly because of the influence of Western culture. He is really into British period dramas like Downtown Abbey. He is fascinated by the way people behaved and how courteous有礼貌的 they were to each other. He said that he appreciates their elegance and gentle manner. He really wanted to be like them so he started to imitate how they spoke and acted. He even started dressing like them.
