　　There are  many advantages for using money as a reward. First of all, money is a useful motivation,when kids want to buy something but they do not get them for free, they have to use their labour to make contribution in order to achieve what they want. Second, getting money rewarded can teach children how to manage money correctly, instead of waste them on useless things. For example, when I was a child, when I got paid by some behaviors, I cherished it extremely, and tried to save it for the future, because I put efforts for it.

Besides, with the understanding of money management, we can avoid some conflicts with our parents, we get to know that how hard it is for them to earn money, relationships between children and parents can be enclosed.
