　　I’d like to talk about ByteDance Ltd., one of the largest tech companies in China.

　　ByteDance owns a slew of entertaiment apps and web platforms in China and other countries. Its most well-known product is TikTok, the social media app dedicated to short-form videos, which has 60 million daily active users in the world, quite unbelievable, isn’t it?

　　Actually, I didn’t know much about this company before the day I passed by one of its premises in Beijing. Unlike most entrances of office buildings that are featured with buissness style and low-key colors, the door frame of this building is bright blue and there are colorful buttons on the side, quite cute and lively. Then I noticed that it’s ByteDance. I was thinking, well, it makes sense, since the commpany is young and innovative.

　　This unusual door aroused my further interests in ByteDance. I searched it on the internet and surprisingly, I found that this tech giant had 60,000 employees in 2020 and the number has exceeded 100,000 now. There are a variety of positions in this company, including research and development, products management, marketing, operating, sales and technical support. University graduates with Bachelor’s or Master’s idegrees in various majors have opportunities to start their careers in ByteDance, like computer engineering, data analysis, visual design and human resource management.

　　I think ByteDance has a promising future since it treats its employees really well. You can find lots of pictures on the internet showing off the delicious meals offered at their canteen. I believe that employees’sense of job satisfcation plays an important role in a company’s development and success.
