雅思口语Part2话题：《高楼》中的“外观”如何描述？

　　雅思口语Part2话题：《高楼》中的“外观”如何描述？《高楼》是5-8月口语题库中难度较大的新题，这道题的限制条件较多，我们先逐步拆开。首先，主题要求描述这座建筑的高特征。当你选择建筑时，你可以适当地排除寺庙、古建筑等，所以剩下的就是现代建筑，比如写字楼、酒店、商场等城市地标建筑。

　　其次就是“What it looks like”这个外观描述的问题，在这里特别要注意的是，基于“tall”的基础上展开描述，比如高度、形状、楼层等方面都可以作为切入点。

　　1.Where it is

　　地点类话题一定少不了关于位置的描述，第一小问的回答范围比较广，大家可以从城市/市郊/市中心/周边设施/朝向等方面进行描述，另外可以在回答之前铺垫一下这个高楼的history会更有亮点哦。

　　Example one：

　　The building I am going to describe is the International Financial Center, which is located in the center of my hometown Chongqing. It is a building which is more than 200 meters tall and is a landmark of our city. This building is not only the financial center of our city, but also a great commercial center.

　　Example two：

　　Completed in 2019, this building is the tallest one in Kunming. The whole building and the surrounding shopping malls form a cross pattern.

　　2.What it is used for

　　第二小问要求回答高楼的用途，在这里大家可以参考高楼的定位来具体回答，把这些建筑所服务的消费群体带入到第二小问中回答起来会流畅很多，比如写字楼的定位通常是商业、金融中心；居民楼的定位通常是以住宅为主，舒适安静为特点；酒店的定位以观赏性、便利性为主。

　　Example one：

　　Example two：

　　第三小问也是这个话题最难的一个问题，要求描述的高楼的外观，高楼属于现代化建筑，建议大家可以从高楼的楼层、高度、设计风格（style）、形状（shape）等方面来描述。

　　Example one：

　　This building has 103 floors, and it stands up like a pillar in the air. Every time I get close to the building I feel a sense of pressure because it's really high. On the other hand, the pale blue exterior of the building is close to the color of the sky, which is beautiful and fashionable.

　　Example two：

　　The whole building has a strong sense of design. This building is used as the office’s business center in the city, so the surrounding environment is very beautiful. What’s more, the infrastructure is complete, and the transportation is very convenient. It seems to me that this area is sure to get more and more prosperous in the future.

　　4.And explain why you like or dislike it

　　最后一个问是主观类回答，要求回答的是喜欢/不喜欢这个建筑的原因，在这里可以把高楼分为商业化建筑和民用类建筑，商业化建筑比如写字楼、酒店、商场等以经济发展/建筑风格为原因，民用类建筑比如电视塔、居民楼等以实用性、便利性为原因，也可以从高楼的设计师、入驻的企业这些方面入手。
