　　对于螺蛳粉这种中国独有的美食，一般都是直译就行了，所以大家可以简单粗暴译为Luosifen。

　　任何美食都可以从下面四个方面入手：食材(Ingredients)、烹饪方式(Cooking)、口味(Taste)、背景(Background)。

　　The hot item, Luosifen, is a local dish from Guangxi which is so popular that often sold out online. What makes it amazing is that although it smells stinky, it does have a good and rich flavor. The sour and spicy flavor of Lousifen is really appetizing. The secret of its sour flavor is pickled bamboo shoots which gives stimulation to your taste. The main ingredients of Luosifen are rice noodles which taste bouncy after 10 minutes' boiling. Add in the various side dishes and the special Luosifen sauce will come out a fancy meal. Eating a bowl of hot and sour Lousifen and having a sip of its tangy soup in winter will make you feel warm and fresh.
